White Balance
How (in your experience) accurate are the Auto White Balance settings on mid price - $350/$550 digital Cameras?

![]() Most cameras in that price range will have manual settings. I advise you to use them whenever possible.

Don't use the auto setting if you re taking photos indoor.
Set it to Tungsten or Fluorescent manually. My cheapo $100 canon has this settings. I usually use it for ebay pictures. The canon A series is affordable with lots of settings to play with. You may check them out. |

I have the Olympus E-500. Awesome camera I am just having a hard time with pics. Use it for daughters gymnastics to get the action shots and son playing baseball, Lot of fuzzy pics, Right now I am trying to upload a pic of my car to forum andkeep getting error notice. Oh well no pics to view.

This is a very interesting post, I am leaning from it. Could you maybe on your next part include the lighting techniques?
Thank you. replica7 |
