The MReplica "Grand in Your Hand" Raffle!
As many of you know, MReplica is a new dealer whom RWI has recently invited on board. Although only a handful of transaction reviews with MReplica had been posted prior to RWI's recent extended *ahem* "vacation" from the internet, you'll find that they have consistently been quite favorable, and we hope that you will give them many more opportunities to satisfy your replica cravings. To express his appreciation to the members for allowing him to begin this new relationship with our board, MReplica has generously offered to donate a prize for raffle. The prize will be a SOSF and we have been assured that he intends to order it from the best factory possible and will personally QC it himself (and if you've seen reviews of MReplica, you'll note that he does take his QC seriously). Prize pics will be posted as soon as available. Rules for the game: 1) Raffle is free. All are welcome to participate (but RWI staff is not eligible to win ).2) One entry per member. 3) Each entrant has $1000 in virtual MReplica dollars to spend on his site (www.marvellousreplica.com) for watches, parts, boxes, etc. Tell us about your spending spree! (Please make note of the fact if you click on the names of the watches in his list, they do link to many more pictures, even though the names do not change colors or underline when you mouse-over like typical links.) 3) The raffle is open, effective immediately. The raffle closes on February 11, 2010 and winner number will be chosen by CA Lotto draw beginning that day until a winner is determined. Please take a moment to peruse www.marvellousreplica.com and also to thank MReplica for welcoming our forum back with such a nice gift! And here we go with the pics! MR went and picked this up today and has just finished QCing it. It looks like a damn nice SOSF to me. I'm siting here compareing it to the 21J blue dial on my wrist and I know which I'd rather have! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And look what we have inside! MR was trying for a gen ETA for you guys but we ended up with something just as nice and a little bit different. I think we will be seeing a lot more of these in high end reps as the supply of ETAs dries up. Meet the Sellita SW200, the Swiss made MVT that will fill in for the dissapearing ETA autos the world over. Allready used in many Invictas, Edox and the like it is a robust, accurate MVT every bit as good an ETA. Good thing is that AFIK they are not cloned so no doubts about it's parentage. [EDIT: MR was not happy with the SW MVT so the watch is now sporting an ETA as per the new pics. Sorry folks, such is life.] ![]() ![]() MReplica check every watch they sell on a MVT timer, one of you folk will own this one soon: ![]() Six sec a day before run in is pretty good. I would say if you re-timed this piece in three mths or so it could be well inside COSOC after an ajustment. And to finish, a lume shot: ![]() Well, you know exactly what your getting now and she's a beaut! |
