Items shipped from UK to Germany will not see any customs...I ordered over 60 watches from PT without any problems

simple ... there is no custom in the EU

one of the main principles of the EU is free movement of people and free circulation of goods

the ETA issue is still confusing to me, as most of what I read says there are no real ETAs in reps anymore. I'd have a hard time paying top dollar for something almost assuredly the same as an asian rep even though it's a "trusted" dealer.

That's because some people believe there are no difference and it's a big scam. There are a lot of people that believe otherwise, including me. That is not to say that some dealers my either accidentally or intentionally charge for Swiss and send clone.

I will say that a lot of the Swiss movements are old, surplus, or used movements. I'll had several Swiss movements that when you pull the metal Rolex sticker off the rotor it will have another genuine watch name engraved under neath it. One that I just pulled off last week said "Lukcom" underneath.

UK is not a member of the EU or did they change to euros meanwhile :-)
