[quote="takashi"]Updated pictures... I learnt a lot from Pugwash's tutorial. No software touching, only resize. Notice how MPXI Tan Ambra ages... This is the best Mario Paci strap IMHO (GeF Palombari Tan is close to this effect).

That looks great. I ordered 2 based on your recs and they should be here next week. I think the watch will look great with a dark choc croc strap and the Ti REP buckle

So all this watch needs is a T Swiss T dial and relume right??

It has already been relumed... Not perfect but you will enjoy the SuperLuminova brightness

Good question. They made the subsequent batch with poorer crown and crown guard plus short canon pin. However, the latest crop seems to be going back to the first batch quality. Check out Ruby's section.

Yeah I think they're pretty okay right now... apart from the dial L SWISS L which is supposed to be T SWISS T.

how thick is your XI ambra...I have one and it indeed has a beautiful patina developing but it's not as thick as my other straps. I'd say 3-3.5mm. I actually like it a bit thinner but your strap looks thicker than mine. Could be the angle.

You are correct. ~3.5mm This is just the right thickness IMHO. This watch used to be coupled with Bob Vertigo which is much thicker than MPXI. Got it long time ago from kelster.

Actually, there were a handful of L SWISS L 036's at the end of the run so it could be a REALLY rare gen...
