I agree that you need it. Maybe what put me off it initially is the fact that it wasn't uniform... perhaps it should be more subtle and uniform throughout. Like a light glow. I do like the green though...

I'd say drop the chat altogether... If you do want to use some text there, forum headings, category titles etc might be best IMO.

Now, how about a midget somewhere in it??

Anyway, great work everyone!! You guys have some impressive skills.

Did a orange version first, but changed it to greenish.
But here´s the orange one.

Really strange to see a photobucket upload like this, gets all blurry when posting compared to the tack sharp one on my screen. Well original is a lot crispier

For you Rooster, new text, skipped chatbox and even lume, perhaps pleases both of you?

Hell I can throw in a green lume for you!

Havent found a good pic of a midget yet though...

j, I like the fact that the lume is more uniform. But I did like the green better. Though that might be just me of course! Also, any chance the lume could be made more subtle? I.e., make it look more like each letter is glowing? As for the top left, I did like the look of the previous version better... I just didn't like the fact that it came from the chatbox, which most people don't use. Something else (perhaps smaller size too, so you can fit more in) might be more appropriate. But again, this is just my opinion, so feel free to ignore it!

Ok added glow around letters, swapped chatbox/info for forum section cut (non readable to small but looks nice) on the first version.
