Many great photos of reps have been posted on RWI.
I suggest a masthead which simply says RWI and incorporates excerpts from many of the great rep photos which have been posted on RWI. See the idea? Use images produced for RWI to create the image of RWI. The only three letters you need on the masthead are RWI. I don't have the skill or knowledge to effectuate this idea but perhaps some else does. |

Bronzy:
In my opinion your entry number 1 is better than your entry number 2 because it has less overlying objects. The hands add confusion, not clarity. Your entry 3 is looking good but you have far too many watches such that it is confusing. The watches come out so small you cannot see the beauty in any one photograph. Try about 3 watches vertical and about 10 horizontal or 2 vertical and about 6 horizontal. Pick those images you like the best and which seem to make a nice arrangement, both as to color, composition and brand variety. Maybe even use one box just for RWI in Red against a black background (or other color combinations). See if you can produce something where the viewer of the masthead can see the beauty of each individual watch photo. My idea is to use the masthead as a preview of what can be found inside so a person says: "Wow, look at those beautiful watches, I want to see more of what is inside that website." Try RWI in semi-transparent letters if you lay it over the photos and don't confine it to its own box. People don't need to see any letters other than RWI to know where they are. They don't need to see Ulitmate v2.0 or replica-watch.info or 25,000 members strong. All they need to see is RWI and great images of reps. RWI = where you can find out about great reps. Get it? Just communicate that one thought powerfully and visually. That is my idea. If it works and wins, you keep the prize, you did the work. If admin wants to see additional text in the masthead it can be placed on a line just under the masthead. That additional text should not confuse the visual image of RWI. Those are just my opinions. Jiddy: Interesting but too confusing. Hard to know what you are looking at other a lot of watch "guts." Makeberry: I like it, nice, clear, powerful, striking and memorable BUT does that image come from one posted on RWI to show the viewer a sample of what can be found inside? Is it possible to use more than one image to show people a preview of what is actually available inside RWI? These are just my personal opinions for whatever they are worth to those of you creating the next masthead. |
