Andrew custom made mine for a very good price and it is jaw dropping in person. My pictures don't do it justice. Just shoot him an e-mail and he'll have you one in no time.

Ruby seems to be a good source as of late. But as mentioned try Trusty (Andrew) if you look at his DJ and DD section you'll notice he mentions he can custom make any model you want. 8)

It was $200 shipped. Custom made from Andrew and he had it to me within 7 days. I tried to get a better photo.
