Who can the RWI reps fool? - Page 4

Here are my 2 incidents :

1) Mate likes my link 16 faux chrono, takes it off, examines it, contends its an original. When I tell him its a rep he says yeah I though so, the finishing on the back wasnt so good. The finish on the back is the actually the best part of the watch, haha. The faux chrono's werent tested

2) Mate who recently bought a gen Carrera as a pre wedding purchase gushed over mine and tried it on even. Classic. Didnt have the heart to tell him.

3) At a party 2 weeks ago another mate noticed and asked if he could take a look. Lots of oohs and aahs for the caseback display

Mind you all of these guys arent informed, some are moneyed and would buy an exotic gen at some point... not me (if I can afford it, of course I would).

we are all here in RWI are the best of the rep crowd..not the rep watches LOL

I think you'll be surprised by the amount of genuine watch owners, who don't drive super luxury cars. I've seen hundreds of men (and women!) who have a Rolex on and are sitting inside a Mercedes or a BMW. But then I've seen genuine watch owners drive a Mazda or something like that!
