    Here's a meteorite on my Big Green Egg (Large).

    For my slow cooks, I use the BGE with a plate setter and the Stoker II controller. Slow and low @ 200 degrees for 20-25 hours and it comes out perfect!

    For regular BBQ grilling (steaks, burgers, chicken breast), I use the Weber kettle.

    Bad ass. Did you add the led's in the knobs yourself? If so, any tips?

    Thanks, no it is a Master Forge from Lowe's Home Improvement Center and it came with the lights installed already.

    The high tech ones are all well and good. But I don't think you can beat cooking over coals and or wood. Really give food flavour. Might not be "bling" but when it come to results it's the way to go!
